Yes, that's right, for an event where you might have ticket sales in the region of £10,000 - £15,000 you can secure a high-quality small stage for around a tenth of pre-event ticket sales. If you want to push the boat out and hire one of our biggest "small" stage options with an impressive array of event production equipment, then you're looking more like £3,000.

As their names suggest, these are small stages, which means they are easily transported and relatively straightforward to set up. We expect our crews to have a stage built for you within two hours of arrival for our smallest stages. For our more extensive small stage hire options, you need to allow several hours to set up the structure and the associated event production equipment.

Always follow the rule of the bigger the stage, the longer it will take to set up. Also, consider extraneous factors such as the weather, accessibility options, and terrain as they can all slow down the setup process. The short answer is as much as possible. While it's true that small stages require a lot less planning in terms of logistics and access to sites, we still need time to prepare all of the necessary documentation and most crucially book your event dates into our work schedule.

Ideally, even for small stages, we could do with at least six weeks' notice so that we have ample time to make all of the necessary arrangements. Obviously, we are always as flexible as possible with our clients. We can work on shortened timescales (especially for our 6m x 4m stage hire option) if another provider lets you down at the last minute. But because our small stages are so popular, we can't guarantee any availability.
