It boasts a stage deck height of 1.4m, a max roof height of 6.5m and a roof payload of 3500kg, which is simply unheard of for this type of arc roof system.

The stage is more than capable of supporting events with up to 10,000 people in attendance. Moreover, we are the only stage hire company in the UK supplying this particular stage. You can't source it from anyone else!

But what if you need even more of a stage presence? Fear not, we have the perfect concert stage for you. Our show-stopping 12m x 10m arc dome roof stage benefits from an "orbit" style design, and it boasts an even bigger roof payload. The more pronounced roof overhang also gives your performers better shelter from bad weather, should you be putting on an outdoor music concert.

With a striking design, this is another large concert stage hire option that is bound to add the wow factor to your event. While these larger stages are primarily designed for outdoor use, but there's absolutely no reason we can't set them up indoors. In fact, in the case of our 11m x 9m stage, we've done so on numerous occasions.

Small to Medium Concert Stage Hire Options

Perhaps your concert is hosting an event that's expecting attendees in the hundreds rather than the thousands. That's fine; we've got plenty of options for you at this end of the staging spectrum too.

Our smallest offering is a 6m x 4m outdoor covered stage, perfect for small music concerts with local bands. Or perhaps you're putting on a music concert in conjunction with a Christmas light switch-on or a village fête, in which case this is a perfect option for you. The best part is it only takes a few hours to construct and rig with equipment.

But what if you need something bigger without stretching to the heady heights of the two enormous music concert stages mentioned above? No worries, you can take a look at our 8m x 6m arc roof stage, which is actually based on the same design as our 6m x 4m and 10m x 8m stages. The stage deck fits inside the structure and is available with 1.5ft, 1m or 1.3m legs, making it perhaps the most flexible concert stage we have in stock.

How Much Does It Cost to Hire a Concert Stage?

When it comes to concert stage hire costs, it's important to bear in mind that your costs will be primarily determined by the size of the concert stage you hire. The bigger the stage, the higher your costs will tend to be. Then you've got to factor in all of the associated equipment hire such as lighting and sound as well as the travel distance from our base to your venue.

As a rough guide, you can hire our smallest covered concert stage for comfortably under £1,000. Yes, that's right, it's possible to hire a small stage, with lighting fixtures, sound equipment, and delivery and setup costs included, for less than a grand.

At the other end of the scale, for our most extensive concert stage hire package (which includes an industry-leading event production set up lighting, sound etc.), your costs will come in at closer to £10,000.

How Long Does It Take to Build a Concert Stage?

Once again, it depends on the specific type of concert stage hire package you've chosen. But, as with costs, the larger the stage, the longer it is likely to take to be built. Smaller concert stages can be constructed and completed within a matter of 90 minutes (sometimes less).

However, our biggest music concert stages take at least a few working days to complete and can take longer if the weather doesn't cooperate. That's why you should always allocate sufficient time for stage construction to avoid running into any difficulties come the event. How Much Notice Do I Need to Give You as a Concert Stage Hire Provider?

When it comes to giving of notice of your concert, the longer, the better. Six weeks is usually the bare minimum. Six months is much better and allows for adequate planning and preparation go in beforehand.

Remember, for large outdoor concerts, there is a significant amount of red tape for you to negotiate with local and national authorities beforehand. We can help you through this process as experienced concert stage hire providers, but only if we are in the loop at an early enough stage of proceedings.

Obviously, we are always as flexible as possible with our clients. We can work on shortened timescales (especially for small concert stages) if another provider lets you down at the last minute.
