In short, your costs are going to rest largely on the size of the stage you hire. The bigger the stage, the higher your costs are likely to be. Don't forget to take into account the associated equipment hires such as lighting and sound too. Once again, construction times are heavily dependent on the specific type of stage you have chosen. As you might have guessed, the larger the stage, the longer it takes to construct. 

Smaller covered stages can be constructed and completed within a matter of hours. However, our biggest stages take at least a few working days to complete and can take longer if the weather poses any significant threat to access or safe construction processes.

The short answer is as much as possible. We ask for a minimum of six weeks, but six months is preferable as it allows for adequate planning and preparation go in beforehand.

Remember, we can help you navigate the significant amount of red tape required by local and national authorities for large outdoor events. But we can only offer you our help if we are in the picture at an early enough stage of proceedings.

Of course, we are flexible in specific cases, such as when another provider lets you down at the last minute. The smaller the stage, the more flexible we can be. But remember, summer festival season is booked up well in advance, so if you need an outdoor covered stage, you'll need to have something booked in by Spring at the latest to ensure availability.
